Event Terms & Conditions
General
- Tickets/wristbands purchased or obtained from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission.
- Tickets once issued are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry to the event.
- The ticket holder is responsible for their ticket until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event.
- Rainbow H.E Events is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event.
- The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden on site without written permission from Rainbow H.E. Events
- All rubbish must be promptly taken to the bins and recycling points provided on and off site
- Any Marches, Strikes and/or Demonstrations need pre-approval from Rainbow H.E. Events before going ahead.
- You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.
- All vehicles are to be parked in the designated areas or as directed by security and stewards. Vehicles other than those designed or converted for live in use will not be permitted to remain in the camping area once equipment has been dropped off.
- All drivers must adhere strictly to the posted speed limits at all times.
Code of Conduct and Right of Refusal
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees, artists, staff, and volunteers. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by the following standards of conduct:
- Respect for Others – Attendees must treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of race, sex, gender identity, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, disability, religion or belief, or any other protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
- Prohibited Conduct – Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behaviour, including discriminatory or hateful speech, symbols, or actions will not be tolerated. This applies both at the festival and in related contexts (including online activity) where such conduct may reasonably affect the safety, dignity, or experience of others at the event.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel tickets, or evict any person from the event where, in our reasonable opinion, their behaviour (past or present) poses a risk of causing nuisance, danger, or distress to others or undermining the safety or inclusivity of the event.
- Where eviction or cancellation occurs due to a breach of this Code, no refund will be given.
- Attendees who experience or witness prohibited conduct should report it to festival staff or security. All reports will be taken seriously and acted upon as appropriate.
Under 18’s
- Under 18’s must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 21. This adult must remain on site throughout the event as the guardian of the under 18-year-old.
- We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.
- Under 18s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site.
- It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.
- Under 18-year-olds will not be permitted to leave the event grounds without an Adult.
- It is the Parents and/or Guardians responsibility to ensure any Under-18s they are responsible for are behaving appropriately. Any anti-social or abusive behaviour will be reported back to the parents/Guardians to address. Persistent anti-social and/or Abusive behaviour may result in the Under 18-year-old and their Parent/Gurdian/Group being evicted from the event.
Security
- Rainbow H.E. Events reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly. See Eviction Procedure for details.
- You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.
- Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.
- Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry.
- Banned items from event – air horns, fireworks, flares, illegal items, illegal substances, unidentifiable substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide and associated equipment (balloons / CO2 dispensers / cream dispensers), sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high visibility jackets, blow torches, generators with the exception of those fixed in campervans, gas canisters with the exception of those properly installed in caravans and live in vehicles or small portable gas stoves, aerosols over 250ml, petrol burners, drones and other flying models, any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person. Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only.
- Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. Only bring enough for personal/family consumption.
- Anyone resisting the confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
- Items that are confiscated will not be returned.
- Violence and Abuse both verbally and physically will not be tolerated and this behaviour may result in your being Evicted from the event.
- If you have been evicted from the event and/or had your ticket revoked. Any attempted to gain entry will be seen as Aggravated Trespass and may result in legal proceedings.
- Fires and firepits/firebowls are not permitted on the site. Barbecues raised off the ground may be permitted at the discretion of the organisers dependent on ground and weather conditions determined shortly before the event opens.
- The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc. is not permitted anywhere on site
- Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Indoor areas and marquees, nor withn 5 metres of any doorway to such space. This includes e-cigs and Vapes.
- In the event of an Eviction, Rainbow H.E Events and their Security staff are not responsible or liable for your property and/or Items. You will not be allowed back into the festival to retrieve these. See Eviction Procedure for more details.
- The decision as to the eviction will be at the discretion of the Security Co-ordinator following advice from Rainbow H.E Events security staff.
- All evictions will be carried out inline with Rainbow H.E. Events Eviction Procedure. Persons will be liable for eviction under the following circumstances:
a. Entering or being onsite without a ticket or relevant pass/ wristband
b. Unacceptable, disruptive or anti-social behaviour
c. Having been arrested or cautioned in connection with a criminal offence, pending or post hand over to the Police - Unacceptable behaviour that can lead to eviction includes but is not limited to:
a. illegal activity;
b. breaching the terms and conditions of entry, or our code of conduct;
c. failing to submit to a search upon entry to the site;
d. offensive behaviour;
e. throwing hard objects in the direction of people;
f. encouraging others to behave badly by incitement;
g. preventing our security or emergency services reacting to a situation;
h. taking tents with the intent of burning them;
i. throwing gas canisters onto fires;
j. preparing or lighting unauthorised fires
k. committing a criminal offence but not arrested by the police;
l. in possession of unlawful drugs;
m. unofficially selling alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit or any unauthorised goods
n. driving dangerously or at excessive speed;
o. any other behaviour that leaves the Festival Director or Rainbow H.E Events open to prosecution or is not conducive to maintaining a safe event.

The first person who reads to this point prior to booking can use the discount code IReadTheT&C to book one free ticket. If the code does not work the prize has already been claimed. Cannot be applied retroactively after ordering.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at our events. The following points must be observed:
- You are responsible for your dog’s/pets for the duration of your time at the event.
- Your dog must be secured on a short lead while in public spaces.
- Dogs are not permitted within the indoor event space or marquees and if tied up outside they must not obstruct any entrance, nor be in a position where they might impede access for dog phobic/allergic attendees.
- You must clean up after your dog.
- You must ensure your dog is under control and not causing a nuisance to others at the event.
- Failure to follow any of the provisions in this section may lead to you being evicted from the event.
