Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
2. Details of how to enter are on our website https://rainbowhe.events/2026-prize-draw and form part of the terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
3. Entries must be submitted via the form on our website. For details of the prize draw, the prize and how to enter, see https://rainbowhe.events/2026-prize-draw. The prize draw offers five prizes. Each prize consists of two tickets to Rainbow @ Newark 2026. Full details of the prize are set out on our website. Tickets are subject to the Rainbow 2026 booking terms and conditions. The prize includes admission only and does not include travel, accommodation, food, camping equipment or any other expenses.
4. All entries must be received by 6pm Monday 27th July. However we may by notice on our website extend or shorten this closing date and time if we reasonably think that circumstances require this.
5. Only one entry per person shall be accepted. Multiple members of the same household may each submit one entry, provided they are otherwise eligible. However, only one prize may be awarded per household. If more than one eligible entry from the same household is selected as a winner, only the first entry drawn will receive a prize and an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Late, illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted. We accept no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to our website or any third party website to participate in the prize draw, or if your entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with your email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
7. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or entry where we reasonably believe these terms and conditions have been breached, false information has been provided, or the prize draw has been entered using automated or unfair means.
8. Winners will be selected using a random number generator from all valid entries received by the closing date. Members, directors, volunteers and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw, together with members of their immediate family, are not eligible to enter. Winners will be notified by email and provided with a prize voucher. To claim the prize, the winner must redeem their voucher within 24 hours of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within 24 hours, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. If an entrant is unable to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
9. The winners will be notified on the closing date of the prize draw.
10. We may publish the first name of the winners on our website and/or social media channels after the closing date of the prize draw.
11. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. 
12. Existing ticket holders are eligible to enter. If an existing ticket holder wins, no refund will be given for tickets already purchased. The prize may instead be used to book additional tickets for Rainbow 2026 or gifted to friends or family. The prize must be redeemed in a single booking and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
13. Entrants should only enter if they genuinely intend and are able to attend Rainbow @ Newark 2026, which takes place between 3 and 10 August 2026. If a winner is unable to attend during this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a reserve winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control and accordingly we may at our absolute discretion vary or amend the prize draw and the entrant agrees that we shall have no liability as a result thereof. If Rainbow 2026 is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, we reserve the right to substitute the prize or cancel the prize draw where reasonably necessary.
15. If you win the prize draw, you may be required to participate in publicity and you agree to this and to the publishing of your first name on our website and in any other promotional materials. 
16. When you enter the prize draw, we will use your email address to contact you about the prize draw and, if you are a winner, to arrange your prize. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. If you would also like to receive our newsletter and future updates from Rainbow H.E. Events, you can opt in separately by ticking the relevant box on the entry form. This is entirely optional and will not affect your entry into the prize draw. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time. 
17. Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
19. The promoter of this prize draw is Rainbow H.E. Events.
20. By entering the prize draw, you hereby:

• completely and irrevocably release Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, from any liability whatsoever related to this prize draw; and
• acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
