Important Update on Langholm 2025

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Langholm 2025 will no longer take place at Langholm Rugby Club. The bridge providing access to the site has been declared unsafe, making the venue inaccessible. You can read more about this on the Langholm Rugby Club Facebook page.

We have secured a new site: 📍St Ann's Scout Campsite The Old Sawmill, St Ann's, Lockerbie DG11 1HH 📅 Now with an additional day: 3rd - 8th August 2025

This will be a different event, with some notable changes: No EHU available (refunds will be issued to those who booked it) Limited parking (There is very little parking available at St Ann’s and some people may have to park just outside the site.) No PA system for performances (acoustic music welcome) This will be a smaller event than we originally planned: There will be approximately 120 people attending and activities will be tailored to the ages and number of children and adults present. All ticket holders have the option of a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted by 14th April th 2025 by using this link Manage tickets - Rainbow HE Events or in the case of difficulty emailing info@rainbowhe.events with your booking reference number.

FAQ

Q: What if I no longer wish to attend?
A: You can request a full refund either on the booking website or by emailing info@rainbowhe.events before 14 April 2025.

Q: What happens if I booked EHU?
A: As St Ann’s has no EHU, you will receive a refund for the electricity portion of your booking. If you wish to cancel entirely, you are eligible for a full refund.

Q: Will there be any extra tickets?
A: We have no further parking available on or close to the site. If you would be willing to drop off people and camping gear, and park off site please contact us to discuss.

Q: Can I still bring a caravan or motorhome?
A: We have received permission for the motorhomes and campervans already booked where they could not switch to tents, but we cannot accommodate any additional vehicles or any caravans at all.

Q: Do we have to arrive on the Sunday now there’s an extra day?
A: No. If you are only able to arrive on the Monday as was planned for Langholm, then you can still do this at St Ann’s.
